Industrial style loft apartment, made with combinations of wood, metal and brick. These materials are highlighted with the different elements in black, achieving beauty and harmony in the whole. The industrial kitchen is the star piece that reinforces the style of the project, adding steel, straight lines and sobriety.

In one part of the house, the ceilings of Catalan ceramic tile and wooden beams have been restored, decorating them with exposed metal extraction pipes and lighting elements. In another part of the house, the wooden beams have been combined with the white of the false ceilings, thus managing to differentiate the areas of the house without the need for vertical divisions.

It is worth mentioning the majestic sliding doors with external tracks, which, made of metal or wood, give a lot of personality to the spaces. The patio has been renovated using gravel and bamboo to naturalize and enliven the outdoor space.
