BALMES 161

Project where severe damage to the structural walls has been repaired. The design seeks a continuous space starring, among other elements, the original hydraulic floors, which have been restored and combined to make a unique design. The cornices and ceiling medallion have also been conserved, preserving the essence of the house.

The colorful floors are contrasted by the black and white of the rest of the elements, achieving a neutral place where the decoration maintains the harmony and elegance of the spaces. The spectacular kitchen peninsula made with Neolith Statuario, combined with the concrete gray of the furniture, and the integration of the existing vintage stove by Jose Canameras, make this piece unique, combining the classic with the minimalist.
